Colorful Eyeshadow Palettes Part 2

Slush Eyeshadow Palette
September Rose Cosmetics Slush Eyeshadow Palette ($36.86)

This one has been out for a while, but I decided to put it on this list anyway.  I really like how you get five rows in a spectrum from light to dark.  Unlike a lot of rainbow palettes, this one will be easy to get a variety of looks.  You get a shimmer/matte and light/dark variety.

Colourpop She's a Rainbow Palette
ColourPop She's a Rainbow Palette ($40)

Like the previous palette, you get a variety of shades in an easy to use format.  $40 is pricey for ColourPop, but there company is held in high esteem so this palette will probably sell out pretty quickly.  ColourPop's products are nice quality.

Pastel Princess Palette
Love Luxe Cosmetics Pastel Princess Palette ($35)

I'm a sucker for pastels.  I always buy the pastel palettes and I usually find myself being disappointed.  This has found it's way on my wishlist just by putting the word pastel in the title.  The swatches of this palette seem to suggest the shades might actually pack some pigment.  There is a mix of matte and shimmers, with the yellow being a duo chrome.  This isn't the only thing from Love Luxe that I want.  I'm so excited.

Sugarpill Fun Size Palette
Sugarpill Fun Size Palette ($28)

Sugarpill is quite famous for their matte shades.  This palette holds a smaller pan size when compared to their standard shades.  This palette provides a variety of matte rainbow shades.  I personally will be skipping this one.  There isn't enough blue or shimmer to attract my attention.

Glamlite Paint Palette
Glamlite Paint Palette ($45)

I saved this giant paint palette shaped palette for last.  This limited edition palette is on pre-order right now.  There is a row of shimmers surrounded by a larger row of mattes.  The colors or pretty, but I don't think there is anything I don't already have.  As an artist I love the fun shape, but I would imagine this could be hard to store later.  While I'm not sure this palette is for me, I include it for everyone who might like it.

Jeffree Star Blue Bloods Dupes

Blue is one of my favorite colors.  I love popping on a bit of blue eyeshadow.  I've probably mentioned this before, but I love coordinating my eyeshadow to match what I'm wearing and I wear a lot of blue.

When I heard Jeffree Star was releasing a collection of blue eyeshadows, I was excited.  Then, I saw the palette.  Honestly, only about half the shadows could be considered blue and the palette is $52.  I'm not going to use it that much.  So, here are some cheaper alternatives, most of which I own.  So if you want the blue without parting with too much doe, look no further.
Revolution Forever Flawless Ice
Revolution Forever Flawless Ice Palette ($15)

At first glance, this $15 might be mistaken for the Blue Bloods palette.  This palette has some overlap, but it isn't exactly the same.  I actually like the colors in this palette better.  It's one of the few palettes on this list that I don't actually own, but I kind of want it.

Kara Beauty Smokey Blue Eyeshadow Palette
Kara Beauty ES22 Smokey Blue Eyeshadow Palette ($25)

This was the first blue palette that I bought.  I actually got this one for Christmas.  I really like this palette.  It's all matte shades and do prefer shimmers.  This blue palette is part of a set of 4.  The other three are neutral toned palettes.  You can get all four palettes as a set for a reduced rate, but the link above takes you to the link for the palette pictured above.
LA Colors Blue Denim
LA Colors Blue Denim ($3)

These shadows are blue and blue-gray shades.  This tiny palette has a lot of power.  You can mix these shadows together to get a variety of different tones.  This palette is also completely matte.  The darker shadows can be a little stiff and difficult to use, but it isn't unusable.  I would definitely repurchase this palette again.  It is well worth the price tag.

Note:  I purchased this from Dollar General.  I think I paid about $1.50.  The $3 price is pulled from the official website.

Colourpop Blue Moon Palette
Colourpop Blue Moon Palette ($12)

This is my latest addition to my palette collection.  I haven't gotten to use all the colors yet, but I look forward to get all of them.  I love these colors and the price tag is incredibly great.  The shadows are great quality and I found them easy to work with.

BH Cosmetics Mini Zodiac: Aquarius
BH Cosmetics Mini Zodiac: Aquarius ($14)
https://www.bhcosmetics.com/products/mini-zodiac-aquarius

This has a mix of blues and neutrals.  It also has a mix of mattes and shimmers.  I don't own this palette, but I do have a lot of palettes from BH cosmetics.  I like BH.  I think they make good quality makeup for a great price.  They often have sales, so you probably won't end up having to spend full price.  This palette is pretty, but I don't think I need this on top of all the other palettes I have.
